Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Kiss My Villain is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
